Drop & Refund Policy
Northwest Nazarene University Center for Professional Development
If you decide to drop a continuing education course that you registered for through NNU’s Center for Professional Development, you can submit a drop request at pdlearn.nnu.edu, call 208.467.8439, or email cpd@nnu.edu.
Please note the following policies on refunds:
Drop & Refund Request Within 30 Days of Registration
A refund equaling the amount of the registration fee will be issued if a drop is requested within 30 days of registration. However, if a grade has been recorded for you, or if the course has concluded within 30 days of registration, the refund will only be issued if a drop is requested prior to either of these occurrences.
Drop & Refund Request After 30 Days of Registration But Prior To Course Conclusion
A financial credit equaling the amount of the registration fee will be issued to your student account if this drop request is more than 30 days after registration, unless your grade has been posted or the course has concluded.
The course conclusion date is determined by the course instructor, but is typically two weeks after the final registration date or the last day on the course schedule (whichever comes later).
Drop & Refund Request After Course Conclusion
No refund or credit will be issued after your final grade has been recorded or the course has concluded. A course cannot be dropped if a final grade has been recorded.
